Vice President of Asia-Pac Operations
Dr. Letian Liu is Vice President of Asia-Pac
Operations for DBMS Consulting. She is responsible for the
deployment and support of Oracle Health Science solutions
for DBMS’ clients in Asia-Pac. Dr. Liu has over 20 years
of experience with clinical trials and data management as
a scientist and technologist. Her unique background allows
her to assist clients bridge the gap between technology and
the business. Dr. Lucy Liu holds a Ph.D. in Analytical
Chemistry from The City University of New York.

Janet Rogers
OLS Protocol Deployment Manager
Janet Rogers is OLS Protocol Deployment Manager
at DBMS Consulting. She has over 22 years of experience in
clinical database development and data management. She
works with clients to develop and implement CRF and Oracle
Clinical database standards by applying her knowledge of
industry best practices. She guides and supports clients
in the use of Oracle Clinical software and related applications
for the development of clinical studies from study setup to
database deployment. She provides programming support using
Oracle Clinical application procedures to create study data
edit checks and data calculations.

Global Siebel Architecture & Technology Manager
Jason Essig is the Global Siebel Architecture &
Technology Manager for DBMS Consulting. Jason has over 11 years
of Siebel design and configuration experience. He has worked in
the pharmaceutical industry for over 5 years, and has also worked
on a variety of other applications such as Sales, Service,
Call-center, and Marketing. Jason's strengths include data
integration, system architecture and design, database administration,
and application development for UNIX and Windows platforms.
